The easiest but still the strong jungle champion of 2022
Jungle has been arguably one of the strongest, if not the strongest role in League of Legends for several seasons. You can single-handedly win games by controlling objectives and ganking laners. However, with great power comes great responsibility, while you can 1v9 and carry games as the jungler, you can also set your team up for failure if you don’t do your job properly. To avoid that, we recommend this extremely easy, but possibly the strongest champion across all elo.
Xin Zhao has excellent early clears and super potent gank potential from as early as level 2. You want to capitalize on that by doing buff-buff-gromp into ganking overextended lanes.
Xin Zhao is one of the best duelists early, so you should use that to your advantage by contesting that early scuttle crab, looking to invade the enemy jungler, and just initiate as many fights as possible.
Vs squishy teams, you want to use this rune page and build as it will allow you to one-shot any squishes that dare walk into the range of your E ability.
Vs teams with lots of melee bruisers, you want to use this rune page and build as it will allow you to have an insane amount of sustain, dishing out significant amounts of damage while being unkillable at the same time.
Vs teams that are very mobile, you want to take phase rush and build lethality, as you would rarely be able to have any extended fights against them. Phase rush allows you to stick onto those slippery champions even after they attempt to escape from you, and lethality synergizes extremely well with the phase rush rune setup as it’ll allow you to get in, one-shot the enemy carry, and get out with the massive speed bonus from phase rush.
If you really want to max out that dueling potential, you can even go for the crit build with lethal tempo, this setup lets you outduel almost anyone throughout every stage of the game.
Xin Zhao is one of the most versatile champions in the entire game, as he can do just about everything. When you’re ahead, his unrivaled early game and long-range dash from E make him a very snow bally champion. When you’re behind, his q and ult provide him with lots of utility to cc enemy carries as well as causing disruption in team fights, so even if you fall behind, you would still be somewhat useful to your team. He can be an assassin that one-shots squishies with lethality, an unkillable bruiser that deals considerable damage while healing a ton himself, or a full-on tank that doesn’t require much gold and sets his team up for success.
